Platinum Financial Solutions (Pvt) Limited granted Investment Advisory License by SECZ.

Platinum Groupe has reached another milestone. We are delighted to announce that Platinum Financial Solutions (Private) Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary, has been granted an Investment Advisory License by the Securities Commission of Zimbabwe (SECZIM) in terms of the Securities Act [Chapter 24:25] and the Securities (Registration, Licensing and Corporate Governance) Rules (SI100). The license was granted on the 15th of May 2012 after meeting the regulator’s strict requirements that include our high expertise in financial advisory services and a solid financial condition. The acquiring of the license is an assurance to our clients of our stability and expertise in providing pragmatic solutions to their problems.

Platinum Financial Solutions was formed in 2010 and has been growing in strength to strength since then. The acquisition of this licence allows us to provide financial advisory service to companies listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange.
